How to return a product
When you purchase as a consumer on our webshop, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. If your order consists of several products delivered separately, the period is calculated from the day you receive the last product.
Here is what you need to do
- Notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
We recommend using our online form, as this is the quickest and easiest way to register your request. However, you may also send us an unambiguous statement by e-mail at [email protected]. - Provide your order number
This makes it quicker and easier for us to find your order and process your request. - Return the product to us.
Send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
