Pressalit and the providers of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest have entered into agreements on the allocation of data protection tasks. According to these agreements, both Pressalit and the providers of the social media platforms are each responsible for the tasks associated with the processing that each party carries out. It has, however, been agreed between Pressalit and the provider of Facebook and Instagram that the provider is responsible for enabling you to exercise your rights as described in the section 'Your rights' below, in relation to the use of Facebook and Instagram, and that Pressalit is responsible for providing you with the information described below. Furthermore, it has been agreed between Pressalit and LinkedIn that LinkedIn is responsible for responding to requests from you regarding your rights as described in the section 'Your rights' below.
In addition, Pressalit uses the providers of YouTube, X, and Vimeo as processors in connection with Pressalit’s use of the services, and in this regard also shares certain information about your interactions, interests, etc. with the providers of these services. In connection with Pressalit’s development, the company structure may change, for example, by a full or partial sale of the company.
