Intended use
The toilet seat is designed for installation on a toilet bowl to enhance user support and comfort.
For indoor use only, as described in the installation instructions. Any other use is unintended and may result in property damage or personal injury. The manufacturer or dealer assumes no liability for damage from unintended or incorrect use.

Risk of damage
Improper use can damage the toilet seat. Do not step or climb on it. Use the toilet only in ordinary seating positions. Do not use a broken toilet seat. Replace damaged components only with suitable original spare parts.

Risk of suffocation
Keep small installation accessories out of children's reach. Risk of choking if swallowed.

Large, wide sitting surface with good support.
Especially well suited to "large" adult with digestive problems. The bowels are stimulated by the seat's contoured surface that presses and acts on the thigh muscles and nerves.
Grooves at the back prevent adhesion.

Raised 5 cm to make it less difficult to sit down and stand up.

TOILET SEATS

This product has been tested statically up to 375 kg. As the European standard for technical aids for disabled, BS/EN 12182:2012, requires a static test with safety factor 1.5, the nominal maximum load for this product is therefore 250 kg.

Your Pressalit toilet seat is subject to a 10-year product warranty against presentation of receipt. You should contact the dealer or store where you purchased the seat in the event of a complaint. In the event of complaints about defective materials and/or manufacturing defects and/or functional limitations ascertained within a 10-year period, following proper use and cleaning of the toilet seat (we reserve the right to examine the toilet seat at our factory), Pressalit will deliver spare parts or replace the toilet seat by an identical or similar model. If the color is no longer available, Pressalit reserves its right to replace the toilet seat by a similar model in the color white. Upon replacement or delivery of a spare part, the warranty period will not be extended nor renewed. If replacement is not possible, Pressalit may instead refund the purchase price.

TOILET SEAT:
The material is colour ingrained duroplast (UF A 10 = urea formaldehyde) that contains no environmentally hazardous substances. UF plastic comprises approx. 70% urea formaldehyde resin, 30% cellulose, as well as 5% minerals, pigments, lubricants and moisture content. Free formaldehyde is released during the production process. Pressalit toilet seats have been measured after curing (< 0.01 mg/m³) to emit significantly below the permitted EU limit of 0.08 mg/m³.

BUFFERS:
EVA (copolymer made of ethylene and vinyl acetate).

MOUNT/HINGES:
Stainless steel and thermoplastic.

Use a mild soap solution to clean the toilet seat. Please take care that the seat and hinges are not left damp. For disinfecting the seat, e.g. ethanol 85% can be used. Make sure that the product is wiped down with a soft rag wrung out in clear water and dried off with a soft, dry cloth immediately after disinfection. Avoid contact of the seat and hinges with abrasive, corrosive or chlorine-based cleaners, as these may cause damage or lead to flash rust. Therefore, when cleaning the bowl, make sure that the seat and cover are kept in an upright position until all cleaning agent has been flushed away.
