      9. Disclosure to other controllers and outsourcing to processors

Each section above describes categories of recipients we may share your personal data with. The following applies in addition to the recipients specified under each section.

In connection with Pressalit’s development, the company structure may change, for example, by a full or partial sale of the company. In the event of a partial transfer of assets containing personal data, the legal basis for related disclosure of personal data will, as a rule, be GDPR Article 6(1)(f), as Pressalit has a legitimate interest in transferring parts of its assets as well as enacting commercial changes.

Your personal data will, except as described above, generally not be disclosed to third parties without your permission. However, in certain circumstances and pursuant to the law, it may be necessary to disclose your personal data to the police, lawyers, auditors, courts, public authorities, potential buyers, and group-related companies.

If your personal data is transferred to processors or controllers established in countries outside the EU/EEA that do not have an adequate protection level, such transfer will only take place when there is a lawful transfer basis. The transfer will primarily be based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you have questions about the basis for transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA or wish to receive a copy of our transfer basis, you are welcome to contact us at the address in the policy.
