      Warranty
      Pressalit provides a 10-year warranty on toilet seats and a 5-year warranty on toilet bowls against presentation of a valid receipt. In the event of a complaint, please contact the retailer or store where the product was purchased. The warranty covers defective materials and/or manufacturing defects and/or functional limitations that may occur following proper use and cleaning of the product. Pressalit reserves the right to examine the product at our factory. In the case of a valid complaint, Pressalit will either:
      - supply spare parts, or
      - replace the product with an identical or a similar model.
      If the color of the toilet seat is no longer available, Pressalit reserves the right to supply a similar model in white. Upon replacement or delivery of spare parts, the warranty period will not be extended nor renewed. If replacement is not possible, Pressalit is entitled instead to refund the purchase price.

      TOILET SEAT:
      The material is colour ingrained duroplast (UF A 10 = urea formaldehyde) that contains no environmentally hazardous substances. UF plastic comprises 67% urea formaldehyde resin, 28% cellulose, as well as 5% minerals, pigments, lubricants and moisture content. The raw material from the supplier contains up to 0.03% free formaldehyde and even less following curing.

      ANTIBACTERIAL:
      This toilet seat features an antibacterial additive with biocidal silver chloride, which helps prevent bacterial growth.

      BUFFERS:
      EVA (copolymer made of ethylene and vinyl acetate).

      DAMPER KIT (only relevant for toilet seats with soft close):
      Hydraulic damper with stainless steel damper casing and thermoplastic parts.

      MOUNT/HINGES:
      Stainless steel model W. no. 1.4301/M and thermoplastic.
