      How to return a product

      When you purchase as a consumer on our webshop, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. If your order consists of several products delivered separately, the period is calculated from the day you receive the last product.

      Here is what you need to do

      1. Notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
        We recommend using our online form, as this is the quickest and easiest way to register your request. However, you may also send us an unambiguous statement by e-mail at [email protected].

      2. Provide your order number
        This makes it quicker and easier for us to find your order and process your request.

      3. Return the product to us.
        Send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase.

      Important details about returns and right of withdrawal

      • As a general rule, you are responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal.

      • The product must be returned properly packaged, preferably in outer packaging that protects both the product and the original packaging during transport. Missing or damaged original packaging may, in some cases, result in a reduction in value. We therefore recommend returning the product in its original packaging, if possible.

      • You bear the risk for the product during return shipment until it has been received by us.

      • We strongly recommend that you include your order number on or inside the shipment, if possible, as this makes it significantly quicker and easier for us to identify and process your return.

      • You may inspect the product in the same way as you would be able to in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use. Please note that missing or damaged original packaging may, in some cases, result in a reduction in value.

      • If the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality, a deduction may be made for any reduction in value.

      If you have purchased several products in one order, you can generally withdraw from part of the purchase and return one or more products. In the case of partial withdrawal, the original delivery costs are generally not refunded.

      Some products cannot be returned as ordinary parcel post. For larger, heavy or fragile products, it may be necessary to use a freight carrier, pallet shipment or other special transport.

      If this applies to your product, we recommend that you contact us before arranging the return shipment, so we can help you with the practical handling.

      If you withdraw from your purchase and need to return the product, it should generally be sent to:

      We do not accept parcels sent without home/business delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery.

      Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will refund the amount no later than 14 days thereafter. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have provided documentation that the product has been returned – whichever occurs first. In the case of full withdrawal from the entire purchase, we will also refund the original standard delivery costs, but not any additional costs for a more expensive delivery method.

      Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
