Pressalit collaborates with numerous students with the aim of strengthening the company's development and growth and strengthening the students' professional and personal skills. Collaborating with students also follows our work with the UN's Sustainable Development Goal #4: Quality Education, where we actively contribute to increasing the quality of education.

We expect students to contribute new knowledge in different technical areas, creative and innovative ideas and, not least, a drive to solve day to day challenges. As a company and workplace, in return we can offer competent sparring gained from extensive commercial experience, a great environment for learning and development, as well as a high degree of freedom with responsibility.

Internships

Every year Pressalit offers students who are taking a course in further education the opportunity of work experience with the company. The traineeship runs for around six months. We want both the students and Pressalit to really benefit from the traineeship. Students are expected to contribute up-to-date knowledge and to be able to convert theory into practice. In return, we offer challenges, sparring and an excellent framework for development.

As a work experience student you will have:

Project collaboration

Pressalit wishes to work on projects with students who possess the latest knowledge and tools. We regard collaboration as a learning process that places demands on both parties. We expect students to be

Bachelor or graduate students
Analytical, structured and professional
Capable of presenting key conclusions and proposals for improvement
