Intended use
The shower seat is used to sit on during showering.
Expected service life of the shower seat is 10 years, provided that maintenance is carried out as described in the instructions for use (OMM).
Product capacity
Maximum user mass: 298 lbs.
When the seat is loaded with 298 lbs, each wall fastener is loaded with 276 lbs.

The seat has been tested statically with safety factor 1.5, which is a requirement according to the applied assistive products standards.

Warranty

Materials
The wall profile is made of diecast aluminium, and the frame is made of Rilsan-coated stainless steel. Rilsan provides good protection against corrosion and is comfortable to touch and easy to clean.The seat is made of vacuum-moulded polyethylene (PE).
Cleaning

This product should be cleaned with hot water or a mild cleaning solution.
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners as it may result in the surface being damaged.
For surface disinfection, chlorine-based disinfectants may be used according to the product specification and safety precautions for these products.

The following cleaning agents have been tested by Pressalit and may be used, as long as they are diluted according to the instructions on the container.
